I am a licensed acupuncturist in Pleasant Hill and serve the surrounding community. I am a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I strive to align patients and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body, and spirit healthy.

Chinese Medicine has a long history, dating back thousands of years. In Chinese Medicine, your physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions are all equally important. Imbalances in any of these areas can contribute to illness. Chinese Medicine treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of the disease.

Acupuncture is one of my tools to help bring balance and harmony back to the body. Other tools include auricular (ear) acupuncture, electrical stimulation, cupping, gua sha, ear seeds, LED light therapy, infrared and TDP light therapy, and herbal medicine.
